My son was married at Harmony Ridge Lodge on May 12, 2018. The bride and groom's close family and a few close friends stayed at the Lodge the night before and the night after the wedding. It was a wonderful weekend for all of us. The Lodge is in a beautiful location, right next to Tahoe National Forest. Staying at the Lodge was relaxed and comfortable for everyone. The wedding itself was gorgeous, outside in the garden with flowers in full bloom. The staff at the Lodge was very accommodating. We had an informal semi-catered dinner on the deck for 60 people on Friday evening. There were 110 at the wedding on Saturday. Plenty of room for chairs on the lawn for the ceremony, replaced by tables for all for dinner. The evening ended with dancing under the stars on the dance floor in front of the Lodge buildings. I recommend Harmony Ridge Lodge for weddings, parties, family reunions, or small group retreats.

What a magnificent place! I had my wedding at HRL and rented it for the whole weekend. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the staff put up decorations everywhere (lights on trees, the garden was beautiful, and additional comfortable lounge furniture for guests). The rooms, the lodge, and everywhere outdoors is clean and beautiful, it’s surreal sometimes. The place is beautiful but what made this place exceptional is the staff. Heather, Tongming, Hayley, Robert, and cleaning staff. Every single person that worked there was warm and accommodating towards us. During planning, they respond quickly and with detail in emails and phone calls. When we were there, they gave us space but were everywhere preparing and anticipating our needs. The treated our guests like their family, the owner even cooked a special breakfast for my friend’s child who only eats non-dairy. The owner also helped me put up decorations and listened in detail to how I wanted it to look. The list could go on, we very highly recommend Harmony Ridge Lodge for weddings and retreats!
